However, we acknowledge that there might be occasions where our services might not meet your expectations. Our refund policy outlined below elucidates the process and conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.

General Refund Conditions
:
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.Refunds can be requested provided that we did not complete the designs based on the client's instructions.Refunds can be requested via email at virtualstaging@rooomy.com.

Virtual Staging Refund Conditions:
Customers can request a refund within 14 days from the moment the initial version of the staging is delivered.Refund requests post the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Matterport Virtual Staging Refund Conditions:
Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the Key Scan Points, provided that the Key Scan Points have not been approved and the designs were not completed based on the client's instructions.Once the Key Scan Points have been approved, refunds cannot be provided.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving a refund request, our team will evaluate the request based on the conditions outlined above.Once the refund is approved, it will be processed either to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer's preference.Refunds will be processed within a certain number of business days, post-approval.
