Virtual staging is one of the key services our customers consistently request. Our partnership with roOomy provides real estate professionals, home buyers or renters, and retailers with completely new ways to promote, choose, and furnish the homes they want to live in.
Virtual staging is truly driving the connection between retail and real estate... Our partnership with Matterport delivers a dynamic experience for viewing properties and home interiors.
roOomy is the only virtual staging company that can take your existing Matterport 3D Flythroughs and design a perfectly furnished walkthrough tour utilizing our 3D home décor library.
roOomy did an outstanding job designing this ultra luxury property that exceeded all of our expectations. Furnishings were luxurious, unique, and exquisitely rendered.
They were extremely professional and responsive throughout the process addressing all of our concerns and tweaking the design to perfection. We are so happy with the work roOomy did for us.
We have been investigating how to improve our efficiency by moving from ‘live’ to ‘virtual’ staging. We started with Matterport over three years ago and have attracted the type of clients that are tech savvy and broadened our reach.
roOomy Virtual Staging adds another level of sophistication, allowing clients to imagine how their furniture might look in our apartments - which saves us a tremendous amount of time.
Agents and property managers can now show off their spaces in various styles and functions without the high cost of staging and recapturing of Matterport footage.
Select styles for your listings and our interior designers get to work, customizing each virtual staging per your target market’s needs.
See our Style Lookbook for more information on our styling capabilities.
